All prospective tenants fill out an application form which allows us to check financial and criminal backgrounds. The fee for the application is $55.00 for a single and $75.00 for a couple.
Please do not be discouraged if your credit is not perfect. We consider each individual case when evaluating the application.

Pending approval of the application, the next step is to sign the lease agreement (our leases are 12 months). We require a security deposit equal to one month's rent.

We are flexible with the move-in dates, allowing the tenant to move in on any date, prorating (charging by the day for the days you occupy the rental) the rent from that date. Rent is due on the first day of every month. However, after the first month, rent is still due on the first but we allow a 10 day grace period to pay the rent.
